If you require assistance with photogoodness or would like to report a possible bug, the best way to do it is via the photogoodness application itself. In photogoodness:

Go into the Help menu and choose Report an Issue...

This method automatically includes some technical diagnostics info with the issue report, which makes it a lot faster to pinpoint the cause of the problem and fix the issue.
